Local Employment Partnership in Kherson Oblast

The Southern Hub for Organizational Development, working with women's human rights CSOs under the Pact Program “Women of Ukraine: Heard, Capable, Resilient”

2022

The Organization was relocated to Ivano-Frankivsk due to the consequences of the full-scale Russian invasion and the occupation of Kherson, creating the Kherson Hub in Ivano-Frankivsk

2023

Creation of an Integration and Resource Center to Support Women and Activists from Among IDPs in Ivano-Frankivsk

Public Organisation "Hromadskyi Tsentr "Nova Heneratsiia" was founded by students in Kherson in 1993 and is one of the oldest non-governmental organizations in Ukraine.

What We Do as an Organization

We strengthen partnerships and help authorities implement non-standard solutions.

We help other CSOs become organizationally strong and influential through non-formal education, advocacy, and a gender-sensitive approach.

We help residents come together and address their local issues.

Consultations and trainings on organizational development for CSOs.

Training and consultations on the following: project development, engaging citizens in decision-making, and advocacy for CSOs and initiative groups.

Facilitating cohesion events within communities.

Facilitated sessions to assess organizational development for CSOs.

Conducting educational games for youth and adults.
