Local Employment Partnership in Kherson Oblast
Since 2019, the “Nova Heneratsiia” has been a member of the Local Employment Partnership in Kherson region, and a representative of the Organization serves on its board. The partnership implements an Action Plan focused on reducing the mismatch between labor market supply and demand in various economic sectors during the full-scale war. It also supports self-employment and entrepreneurship, as well as vulnerable populations (women with children, IDPs, people with disabilities, and the elderly) who require additional support in the labor market.
