Support usProject “Deliberative Approach for the Restoration of Public Dialogue in the Southern Communities of Ukraine”: As part of the “Unity for Community” Program by ISAR “Ednannia” (2025-2026). The project aims to strengthen the capacity of local communities to encourage public debate, foster community cohesion, and engage citizens in decision-making processes to repair social bonds. It also aims to increase awareness among representatives of local CSOs and local self-government bodies about the deliberative approach in public consultations and to strengthen the motivation to use mechanisms for citizen engagement in addressing local issues based on this approach. Target audience: local CSOs, local self-government bodies, and residents of 15 territorial communities in Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts. / 2025

The project was designed to support the sustainable development of the Nova Heneratsiia and its organizational and technical capacity during times of uncertainty. Project “Strategic Management to Strengthen Capacity in Times of Uncertainty”: Ukrainian Women’s Fund (2024-2025). The project focused on the organizational development of the NGO. Specifically, it analyzed and revised the strategy of the Civic Center “Nova Heneratsiia” for 2022-2026. The project optimized group dynamics and internal communication skills, which empowered the team to keep providing services to target audiences, particularly women, and streamline communication with them. Project “Local Employment Partnership in the Frontline Kherson Territorial Community»: International Renaissance Foundation (2024-2025). The project aimed to consolidate the efforts of stakeholders to create a favorable environment for improving the employment situation in the frontline Kherson territorial community. Target audience: members of the Local Employment Partnership, government authorities, local CSOs, employers, vocational education institutions. / 2024
Project “DOBRE 2: Community Voice in Local Self-Government in Kherson Oblast: Velyka Oleksandrivka, Vysokopillia, Kochubeivka, Muzykivka, Novoraisk, Novovorontsovka, and Stanislav territorial communities”: Global Communities, USAID (2024-2025). Work in 7 amalgamated territorial communities in Kherson Oblast was conducted in the following areas: citizen participation in decision-making and recovery processes, youth activation and participation through the development and support of youth projects, community-building through the formation of a circle of active citizens, expert support for CSO activities, grant support for projects, organizational capacity assessment of local CSOs, and providing consultations on organizational development. Target audience: local military administrations, village elders, local CSOs and initiative groups, youth, activists. / 2024
Project “Restoring the Strength of Civil Society to Implement a Model of Psychological and Emotional Assistance in Liberated Kherson”: The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU) (2023-2024). The project aimed to develop a model for providing psychosocial support (PSS) at the community level with psychologists and government representatives, and to prepare a team of specialists to deliver PSS services in frontline Kherson. Target audience: trainers, psychologists, social workers, government authorities. / 2023
