From 2017 to 2020 and again from 2023 to 2025, the Nova Heneratsiia served as an implementing partner in Kherson region for the USAID program “Decentralization brings better results and efficiency” (DOBRE). During this time, the Organization supported 16 territorial communities in Kherson Oblast in implementing citizen engagement mechanisms, fostering the organizational development of local CSOs, and institutionalizing and developing youth work. As of 2024, the Organization has resumed work as part of the DOBRE program with 7 de-occupied territorial communities on the right bank of Kherson region, where it had previously provided support to 16 territorial communities until February 2025.
